Peach Mango Crisp

A summer classic with a tropical kick. This Peach Mango Crisp takes our new summer flavor popcorn to the next level! 



5 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
2 ripe mangos, pitted and sliced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract


½ cup LesserEvil Peach Mango popcorn
½ cup whole rolled oats
⅓ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup coconut oil
Vanilla ice cream - for serving 


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8 inch pie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, mangos, cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, almond extract and vanilla and toss to coat.
  3. Make the topping: In a medium bowl, combine the popcorn, oats, brown sugar, sliced almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Melt coconut oil and pour over the mixture, using a fork to combine.
  4. Scoop the peach & mango filling into the prepared pie pan. Sprinkle with the topping and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the fruit is soft and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
