HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, fulfillment may take 3-5 days pending on order volume.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We pass our shipping fees directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity.
DO WE OFFER CUSTOM VARIETY PACKS?
Yes! Make your snacks all your own with our easy 3-step system. Simply pick your box type, choose your frequency and then select your favorite snacks, giving you full flexibility over your snackin’ needs.
DO WE SHIP TO CANADA AND INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, but hope to expand that soon!
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
Can't find your package? Please take a look at any notes your carrier may have made in your tracking history (i.e. Left at Front Door). If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or USPS (1-800-275-8777), depending on who your carrier is. If your shipping address is in an apartment complex or office building, we'd recommend checking in with your neighbors, front desk attendant, property manager, and/or mail room. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
Online: At this time, we do not offer returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order to be considered for a return. In-Store: Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased. Merch: We're a small team that is dedicated to making the best snacks on earth, so sales of all of our merch items are final. This allows us to stay focused on what we do best: snacks!

I CAN'T FIND ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY LOCAL GROCERY STORE. HOW CAN I GET IT THERE?
While we don't have control over what stores carry specific items, our goal is to make our products as easy to find as possible. If you can't find a specific product available locally, we hope you'll help us by filling out this form and giving it to the store manager.
HOW DO WE DISPOSE OF YOUR PACKAGING?
In 2019, LesserEvil rolled out NEO packaging, including an additive that accelerates the microbial activity in landfills, converting discarded plastic into biogases and ultimately into a clean, renewable energy source. You can discard this packaging as you would other rubbish, and it will then work within the landfills to create a clean, renewable energy.
WHY DID THE SIZE OF YOUR ORGANIC POPCORN BAG CHANGE?
As of March 2022, we made a change in the pack size of our organic popcorn. This past year, we have seen some dramatic increases in the prices of some of the inputs in our snacks - popcorn, oils, freight, and packaging being the biggest culprits. Instead of raising prices, we have decided to switch out our 5.0 oz bags into slightly smaller 4.6 oz bags to offset costs. By making an adjustment in bag size, we’ll be able to continue doing what we do best: provide premium, organic, and minimally processed snacks at an affordable price!

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?
You can redeem your points within your account as coupon codes that you can apply to your order! Just remember, coupon codes are for one-time use only. You can always access any unused coupon codes within your Rewards History in your account.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn or redeem points.
WHEN WILL I GET MY BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT?
If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.
I REFERRED A FRIEND BUT DID NOT RECIVE MY AWARD, WHY?
Your friend must make their first purchase of $50+ using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!
WHEN DO I SEE MY POINT ADJUSTMENTS?
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed and fulfilled. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals.
If your order is canceled, the points will not be added to your account. If you return an order, the points will be deducted from your account within 30 days.
