WHERE ARE LESSEREVIL PRODUCTS MADE AND DISTRIBUTED?

All our products are made at our very own snack factory in Danbury, CT and distributed nationwide in the US. You can also find them in some retailers in Canada, at Ritchies Supermarket in Australia, and in the United Arab Emirates. We hope to expand to more regions soon!

ARE YOUR KERNELS AIR OR OIL POPPED?

Air popped only!

HOW DO YOU APPLY THE OIL ON YOUR POPCORN?

We heat it slightly, just until it’s melting point, and then we evenly spray our oils (coconut, ghee, avocado) on our freshly popped popcorn.

Organic Tapioca

WHAT IS THE HEALTH BENEFIT OF COCONUT OIL?

Coconut oil is made up of medium-chain fatty acids which support a healthy metabolism. The medium-chain fatty acids are used by the body as energy rather than stored as fat in the body.

WHAT IS YEAST EXTRACT?

Yeast extract is a protein-rich ingredient from bakers yeast, made up of amino acids to help add depth of flavor to food. Our organic yeast extract is not MSG.

Our store locator can help you find a retailer near you that carries us! We are also available online through our website, Amazon, Vitacost and Thrive Market.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, fulfillment may take 3-5 days pending on order volume.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We pass our shipping fees directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity.

DO WE OFFER CUSTOM VARIETY PACKS?

Yes! Make your snacks all your own with our easy 3-step system. Simply pick your box type, choose your frequency and then select your favorite snacks, giving you full flexibility over your snackin’ needs.

DO WE SHIP TO CANADA AND INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, but hope to expand that soon!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

Can't find your package? Please take a look at any notes your carrier may have made in your tracking history (i.e. Left at Front Door). If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or USPS (1-800-275-8777), depending on who your carrier is. If your shipping address is in an apartment complex or office building, we'd recommend checking in with your neighbors, front desk attendant, property manager, and/or mail room. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS / EXCHANGES?

Online: At this time, we do not offer returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order to be considered for a return. In-Store: Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased. Merch: We're a small team that is dedicated to making the best snacks on earth, so sales of all of our merch items are final. This allows us to stay focused on what we do best: snacks!

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out on our contact page at the bottom of our website with your name and order number within 1 hour, and we will have this processed for you.

I CAN'T FIND ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY LOCAL GROCERY STORE. HOW CAN I GET IT THERE?

While we don't have control over what stores carry specific items, our goal is to make our products as easy to find as possible. If you can't find a specific product available locally, we hope you'll help us by filling out this form and giving it to the store manager.

HOW DO WE DISPOSE OF YOUR PACKAGING?

In 2019, LesserEvil rolled out NEO packaging, including an additive that accelerates the microbial activity in landfills, converting discarded plastic into biogases and ultimately into a clean, renewable energy source. You can discard this packaging as you would other rubbish, and it will then work within the landfills to create a clean, renewable energy.

WHY DID THE SIZE OF YOUR ORGANIC POPCORN BAG CHANGE?

As of March 2022, we made a change in the pack size of our organic popcorn. This past year, we have seen some dramatic increases in the prices of some of the inputs in our snacks - popcorn, oils, freight, and packaging being the biggest culprits. Instead of raising prices, we have decided to switch out our 5.0 oz bags into slightly smaller 4.6 oz bags to offset costs. By making an adjustment in bag size, we’ll be able to continue doing what we do best: provide premium, organic, and minimally processed snacks at an affordable price!

WHAT IS SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE?

Save time, save money, save your pantry from emptiness! Is there any bigger bummer than running out of your favorite snacks? We sure can't think of any. That's where our Subscribe and Save program comes in. Read on to keep your pantry and your wallet full!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Signing up is easy! When you Build Your Own Snack Box, you can select the frequency in which you wish to receive your snacks. With Subscribe and Save, you can get monthly shipments of your favorite Popcorn and Puffs delivered straight to your door.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

We'd be sad to see you go! You can reach out to us at talk2us@lesserevil.com and we can process your cancelation request for you. Please note, if you already have an order that was shipped out before canceling, we are unable to stop the shipment.

WHY CAN'T I ADD A SEASONAL ITEM TO MY SUBSCRIBE + SAVE?

Our seasonal items are only around for a limited time in small batches! Due to this, we are unable to offer them into our subscription service. You can shop select seasonal flavors in our snack-sized bags within essentials!

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Head over to our Customer Care Portal to create your customer account. From your Customer Care Portal, you can adjust the following: Delivery Schedule, Shipping Address, Payment Method, and Upcoming Orders.

DO I STILL NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM 3 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION?

Nope! You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at anytime. Please note, if you already have an order that was shipped out before canceling, we are unable to stop the shipment.
