Charcuterie Boards are perfect for any occasion, especially when it’s a Paleo Charcuterie Board! This simple board is even van-life approved (We live in our van full-time) which means you can make it anywhere. All you need is a board (or a cedar wood plank like in my case) , the ingredients below, and 10 minutes. The stars of this board are *drum roll* LesserEvil Grain Free Himalayan Pink Paleo Puffs!
- Wooden board
- Bowls (optional)
- Cheese Knife (optional)
Ingredients (Organic, please!)
- Wild Blueberry Goat Cheese
- Sprouted Hummus
- LesserEvil Grain Free Himalayan Pink Paleo Puffs
- Kalamata Olives
- Dark Chocolate Bar
- Fig Spread
- Turkey Pepperoni
- Coconut Rolled Dates
- Apricots (Preservative Free)
- Place bowls on the wooden board in a way that suits you best
- Place ingredients around the bowls, in the bowls and then all over the board
- Add your own special touches to it and make it yours
Everything on this board is grain, soy, and gluten free. If you want to make it vegan, swap out the goat cheese for some Miyokos Cheese and swap the meat for some more organic veggies or fruit!
