LesserEvil.com only ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders placed at LesserEvil.com are not delivered on Sundays or major holidays, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer than 2 days. LesserEvil.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather.

How do I qualify for flat rate shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Our shipping fees come directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS and FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity.

Where do my LesserEvil packages ship from?

Our packages ship from our warehouse in Danbury, Connecticut.

How quickly are orders shipped?

Most orders ship within 5 to 8 business days.

What about returns?

Online: At this time, we do not offer returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of product and packaging and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order. In-Store: Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased. Merch: We’re a small team that is dedicated to making the best snacks on earth, so sales of all of our merch items are final. This allows us to stay focused on what we do best: snacks!
